Teddington Appliance Controls, manufacturer of the original KBB Fire Valve for Oil Fired appliances have launched a universal test unit.

This 220/240v AC tester is simplicity itself to operate. With a temperature range from 0 to 120 degrees C it offers a complete solution to all fire valve testing needs.

This small, portable and highly versatile unit can accept a variety of phial lengths.

* Please note that additional sleeves are required for the EPS range of valves.

Simply plug into the mains supply, set the thermostat to the desired temperature, an indicator light will come on when the set temperature is reached - insert the phial and wait. In most instances the test will be complete within 5 minutes.

Simple to set and with no long wait for the unit to cool-down before it can be packed away - just plain simple.

Each Test unit comes with a full 12 month warranty, with the option to extend to 36 months. Annual calibration is an additional £20 per year.
